Building Capacities of CBOs and NGOs for Self Development: Training Unit draws its existence from the mission of AMC which is "to be a capacity building institution which enables CBO's, intermediary organizations and corporate to achieve and sustain visible socio-economic development. Process Adopted: Training Unit of AMC does customized training programs based on the needs and expectations of client organizations and training participants. The usual process of conducting training is:
