AMC plans to establish a continuous panel study of electoral behaviour and conduct interviews at regular intervals. The objective of the study is to improve our understanding of the dynamics of short-term electoral change across the whole of the electoral cycle. Also, AMC will undertake research into the role of social attitudes in electoral behaviour and pursue work on long term social trends and undertake methodological experimentation in this pursuit.
