He is MA in Rural Development and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) form Patna University. He has successfully managed more than 150 studies for the Government of India, State Governments, Bilateral and Multilateral Agencies, Local and International NGOs, and Think Tank Organisations. He has led almost all types of surveys baseline, midline, end line, concurrent monitoring, impact assessments, training needs assessment, KAP surveys, and census and has traveled extensively across India for monitoring of fieldwork.

Her work involved conducting fact-finding visits in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh to assess the kinds of healthcare facilities and services for pregnant women and adolescents.Her skills include documentation, reporting, project management, and gender studies. She earned her Master in Development Communicationa and Extension from Delhi University.
