AMC professionals are well experienced in conducting training for the development & capacity building of individuals and organisations.

Building Capacities of CBOs and NGOs for Self Development: Training Unit draws its existence from the mission of AMC which is "to be a capacity building institution which enables CBO's, intermediary organizations and corporate to achieve and sustain visible socio-economic development. AMC believes in the vast latent human potential, which it endeavours to develop through its capacity building efforts made by the training unit.

Process Adopted: Training Unit of AMC does customized training programs based on the needs and expectations of client organizations and training participants. The usual process of conducting training is:

  • Identifying training needs through a process of dialogue and consultation with various stakeholders
  • Preparing training proposals/ modules consisting of training objective, session topics, sequence and timing, training methods and expected outcome of each session.
  • Finalizing the training module in consultation with client organization
  • Arrange the training venue and make other training arrangements, if AMC is made responsible for the same.
  • Conduct the training
  • On going assessment through recap of learning, seeking feedback about training and trainers, and concluding with a written assessment of the training.
