Maj. Gen. A.M. Chaturvedi (Retd.), Chief Advisor: After 39 years of distinguished commissioned service. As the Additional Director General, Directorate of Military Operations, He was responsible for modernization of Military Survey Organization at a cost of about Rupees hundred crores, which included rising of two new units for digital mapping and a Training Institute (DIGIT). He was Adviser to Ministry of Defense on all survey matters and was responsible for implementation of map restriction policy of Government of India and has been an official delegate for Indo-Pak boundary meetings and has been to Pakistan several times; he has ... been a member of number of committees of Government of India. He has been a professor & head of department at college of military engineering for eight years. He is MBA in Business Management, (Pune University), Fellow of Institution of Engineers (FIE), Fellow of Institution of Surveyors (FIS) and Member of Indian Society of Remote Sensing. Since 2003, as a Director and Chief Advisor of AMC Research group has successfully completed various assignments in the field of social development research, market research and business development. Human Resource Development: Training, Performance Management, Organization Development, Organization Research, Human Resource Management: Labour relations and welfare, Legal matters relating to service conditions, Industrial Relations, Employee Compensation, Establishment, Recruitment, Administration, Liaison & Coordination, Human Resource Policy Development, Corporate Communication & Public Relations: Design and Release of advertisements, brochures, journals, organizing press conferences, Press release and briefing etc. He has evaluated a number of programmes in the field of education and rural development and has carried out customer satisfaction survey for oil companies (IOCL & BPCL).

Asha Chaturvedi, Mentor: She is M.Phil. in Sociology from Delhi University with 37 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluation of program implementation and management across local voluntary agencies, government agencies, bi-lateral & multilateral agencies and international voluntary organizations. She is expertise in the field of Education & Literacy, Public Health & Sanitation, Family Welfare & Reproductive, Beneficiary Needs Assessment, Training Needs Assessment & Performance Monitoring, etc. Her core competency includes Project Planning and Management, Interagency Liaison and Coordination, Research ... and Documentation Partnership Building & Management and programme strategy development. She has also experience in Research , Analysis, Administration and HR activities. She is a combination of research, administration and project management, report writing, data analysis and meeting with clients.

Prabhat Kumar, Director: He has more than 20 years of experience in the development sector in the thematic areas of Livelihood, Urban and Rural Development, Poverty Alleviation, Panchayati Raj and Local Governance, WASH, Health and Family Welfare, Gender Issues, Education, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Resettlement and Rehabilitation, Beneficiary Needs Assessment, Training Needs Assessment & Performance Monitoring, etc. He has expertise in documentation; report writing, prospecting and closing new contracts/businesses develop questionnaires, presentation on key findings, Planning ... and implementing marketing strategies of AMC. He is MA in Rural Development and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) form Patna University. He has successfully managed more than 150 studies for the Government of India, State Governments, Bilateral and Multilateral Agencies, Local and International NGOs, and Think Tank Organisations. He has led almost all types of surveys – baseline, midline, end line, concurrent monitoring, impact assessments, training needs assessment, KAP surveys, and census and has traveled extensively across India for monitoring of fieldwork.

Shravan Kumar Shah, Additional Director: He has more than 15 years of experience on social science evaluation studies. He handled Proposal Conceptualization & Preparation, Development of Research Tools, Field Survey & its Monitoring, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Interaction with clients, Data Analysis, Report Writing and in providing intellectual guidance to junior colleagues in the team & supervising their research work. He has expertise in research policies, programs and implementation, training programs, research reports and presentation. He has carried out in various studies on Public Health, Water & Sanitation, Family Welfare & ... Reproductive Health, Women and Child Development, Socio-Economic Studies, Panchayati Raj, Women empowerment, etc.He is MA in Economics from Delhi University and MBA in Human Resource Management from Mysore University.

Manisha, Head Research Operation: She has an overall experience of 8 years. Prior to AMC Research Group, she has been working on Child and Women's rights and WASH and her journey with GRAVIS, DCPCR, BHUMI, and SPYMbegan five years ago as a Researcher. She works towards the promotion of sexual and reproductive health and rights that includes issues of preventable maternal mortality and morbidity, family planning, adolescent sexual health, child marriage, the right to food and nutrition, LGBTQIA rights, discrimination against the marginalized section like domestic violence, acid attacks. Her work involved conducting... fact-finding visits in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh to assess the kinds of healthcare facilities and services for pregnant women and adolescents.Her skills include documentation, reporting, project management, and gender studies. She earned her Master in Development Communicationa and Extension from Delhi University.

Sweksha Raj, Sr. Researcher: She is Post graduate in Geography from Patna University and MSW from IGNOU, Delhi with 5 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluation of program implementation and management across local voluntary agencies, government agencies, bi-lateral & multilateral agencies and international voluntary organizations. Runa Kumari, Sr. Researcher: She is M.A. in Geography from LNMU, Darbhanga. She has more than 13 years of work experience in the development sector with core area of expertise in capacity building / training on gender mainstreaming, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Rural Development and Management, Urban planning, Livelihood. Besides working with the development sector, she has contributed in implementation of various programmes, development of training resource materials. She is involved in proposal development, form designing, implementation and training, analysis and manuscript writing. She has several publications in peer reviewed journal and has presented papers in international conferences.

Surendra Kumar Singh, Head - Field Operation: He is MSW and MBA in Marketing, form Sikkim Manipal University, He is directly involved with the design and application of research methodologies to complex research studies while overseeing the successfully execution and delivery of concise actionable research result. He performs high level research design, analysis and reporting for complex projects requiring multivariable statistical analysis. He has unique proficiencies in conducting both qualitative and quantitative marketing research utilizing a wide spectrum of research methodologies and technique. He delivers research products that employ cutting-edge methodologies that advance the critical business insights of the firm clients.

Dharam Kumar, Sr. Field Manager: He has joined AMC as an Operations Manager and he is responsible for monitoring HR, administration, and operations-related things like internal HR Systems and databases, performance reviews, payroll and salary processing, and employees queries. He is also responsible for vendor management, reimbursements, expense management, and all other operations-related tasks. Dharamhas has completed his Master degree in Political Science from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. He has more than 17 years of experience in HR, Admin, and operations. In the past, he had worked with NCAER, IIPA, CMS and Nielsen India Pvt. Ltd.

Sunita, Sr. Research Executive: She is MA in Political Science form Delhi University, Delhi. Sunitais working as a Senior Research Executive at AMC, is directly involved with the design and application of research methodologies to and is responsible for implementing various qualitative and quantitative research studies, managing fieldwork as well as developing partnerships, and working on grants & challenges for AMC. Her experience in research is varied, having worked in areas of Child Right, Education, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS,sexual and reproductive health, livelihood, skill development, urban homelessness & genderviolence.
